Toscana Olives Refund/Return

We guarantee your satisifaction. If not 100% satisfied with your oil please contact us and will offer a full refund and pay the cost of return postage. If you simply make a mistake when ordering, please call us on 1800 065 483 or email immediately so we can fix it.

 

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Should any goods arrive damaged or faulty in any way, please retain all packing materials and product. Please send us an email (info@toscanaolives.com.au) in advance before returning suspected damaged items, as it may be that we can rectify the problem. If this is not possible, we will pay the postage cost for return of goods to Toscana Olives. When we receive the item we will either: replace the damage goods or we will refund your original invoice; whichever you prefer.

We use corecommerce (www.corecommerce.com) for our shopping cart software. corecommerce.com is one of the only online shopping cart software solutions that’s fully Certified by Visa and Mastercard through their stringent PCI & CISP regulations. When you place an order online and provide your credit card number, SSL encrypts all personal information including your card number, name and address. With this encryption, only we have the ability to decode your information.
