Ingredients:
6 cloves garlic (roasted)
3 yolks
2 cups Toscana Olives Organic Cold Pressed Extra
Virgin Olive Oil
1tsp lemon juice
Method:
- Salt & pepper
- Roasted garlic in its skin, peel using a mortar & pestle crush garlic
until fine.
- Place garlic, yolks & lemon juice in a bowl whisking together, until
well combined.
- Slowly add the olive oil, whisking till thick consistory like mayonnaise
- Season with salt & pepper
